Rebecca Rohe has more than 12 years of experience providing comprehensive income, gift and estate tax planning services to high net-worth clients. She has in-depth experience with both tax consulting and compliance engagements for individuals, trusts, estates and not-for-profit organizations.
Amy Smith has more than a decade of tax experience serving a broad range of clients in the government contracting, professional services, medical services and high technology industries. She also provides tax consulting services on various transactions, including M&A, stock option plans and tax planning.
Sara Zeller has 13-plus years of experience providing diversified tax services to clients in a variety of industries. She works closely to manage and minimize their tax liability by providing transaction-related tax advice, building effective entity structures and analyzing tax compliance and audit issues with minimization strategies in mind.
Rich Harpe has nearly 20 years of tax experience, including individual, partnership, corporation, trust and estate work. Though he has extensive experience in individual tax work, Rich has diverse tax experience and is particularly good at handling complex issues. His expertise in individual trusts and estates is beneficial to obtaining the best tax results.
