ARGY, WILTSE & ROBINSON, P.C. ADDS JOHNSON ADVISORS TO DEEPEN ITS ACCOUNTING SUPPORT GROUP
McLean, Va. — July 19, 2006— Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C. (AWR), one of the nation’s fastest growing certified public accounting and business advisory firms, announced today the addition of Kelly Johnson and her company, Johnson Advisors, to AWR’s accounting support services division. AWR’s wholly owned subsidiary, TCBI Accounting Solutions, will be merged into Johnson Advisors. Johnson will run the combined businesses under the Johnson Advisors name, serving as president and CEO.The addition of Johnson Advisors was designed to strengthen AWR’s accounting support services group, which has been has been providing outsourced accounting support services to emerging and mid-size companies and high net worth individuals since 1997.

Johnson has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. She founded Johnson Advisors, a Reston, Virginia-based business, in 2001. The company provides accounting and financial support services to emerging and middle market companies as well as high net worth individuals. Prior to founding her business, Johnson was as an audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers for six years. Previously, she served as an assistant director of corporate accounting services for a publicly held financial services company and as a certified financial planner for a financial planning and investment management firm.
Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University, where she graduated with top honors. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Association of Daily Money Managers, the National Association of Women Business Owners and the Greater Reston and Loudoun County chambers of commerce. She also serves on the board of directors of the Executive Women’s Roundtable.
