(Argy) is very pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2006, it has merged its financial planning and asset management business, Windsor Financial, LLC into a much larger national firm called United Capital Financial Partners, Inc. (UCFP) and its local operations, Cornerstone Wealth Strategies Group (CWSG), a division of United Capital Financial Advisers, Inc. which includes Bethesda and Columbia, Maryland locations.Paul Argy, Argy's President and CEO added, “this is a fantastic opportunity for us to offer our clients the best of financial planning and asset management services from a seasoned team of industry experts with a strong local presence.” Cornerstone will also have offices in the same building as Argy in McLean, Virginia.

Prior to starting UCFP, Joe built Centurion Capital Management into a nationally respected firm which later sold to GE Financial.
