Overview
This web-based training session gives RF/microwave software designers a jump start on using the enhanced filter design features in Cadence® AWR Design Environment®. The presenter will demonstrate how AWR® Microwave Office® circuit design software can be used for RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave (mmWave) filter design. An example of a distributed filter in board technology will be offered that illustrates tools for filter synthesis, optimization, and yield analysis for manufacturability. Electromagnetic (EM) simulation of the filter will also be demonstrated, and the results compared to models.
